Keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl/⌘+D: Fill down from the cell above (or the first selected row)
Ctrl/⌘+⇧+D: Duplicate this row
Ctrl/⌘+Z: Undo
Paste: A range copied from Excel or Sheets fills across and down, adding rows. With an empty list you can paste straight onto the page — no cell to click first
Enter: Next row; on the last row, add one
Escape: Put the cell back to the value it had when you entered it

In the checkbox column: ⇧+↑/↓ extends the selection, Ctrl/⌘+A selects every row, Delete removes the selected rows, Enter jumps to the bulk actions, Escape clears the selection.
